I had the same reaction. To address the issue (if real) the institution must have a dress code for labs =96 I wonder how many of our members actually do at the research level =96 as well as the teaching level

Folks,
I like this video a lot, but I have issues with the low-cut tank top worn by the lab worker. I wish that the young lady were wearing a regular/crew-neck T-shirt, instead.
If my students see this, they will get the idea that it is OK to wear that type of shirt in the lab, provided a lab coat is also worn. This shirt provides no protection from
chemical splashes to the chest area.
