The draft report issued in the May 3 Federal register is available at http://cfpub.epa.gov/ncea/iris_drafts/recordisplay.cfm?deid=247850
Also available is an appendix that is either solely or primarily devoted to formally documenting comments and the authors' responses arising from previous reviews by a more limited set of reviewers than the public at large.
The report includes a 10-page Executive Summary, a comprehensive Table of Contents, and an abundance of hyperlinked references. One section of the report is devoted to human studies. The report addresses essentially all routes of exposure, including in-utero; all at doses ranging from chronic to acute. Sections of the report address mechanism of action, and pharmacokinetics.
At the cited website, a "History" illustrates that preparation of the report was first proposed in the early 1990s.
