I think it is great that Dow is doing these pilot programs; however, I didn’t find anything on this YouTube video that helped me with my program. I would personally find it helpful if Dow, or one of the three pilot universities, would present specific steps they took to change the safety culture and to present some statistics that demonstrated that their laboratories are safer now than before the pilot programs.
