I have no idea, but I was just thinking about the wear and tear of the system. Are the tubing and pumps rated for transfer at 90 degrees? Are they susceptible to break-down at those temps? These may or may not be issues, but I was thinking it would be best to find out before showtime.
They plan to heat to whatever temp is needed and hold for the time needed and then let the stuff cool down so the pumps would be handling stuff at 90 o F. That should be OK, you think? Monona

Monona,
I hope you are able to find a solution now that the CDC is on the case; however, if you plan to use heat as the solution, I just wanted to remind you to take precautions concerning possible mechanical failure of the pumping system as well.
Good Luck,
Karen
