Who writes/reviews their MSDSs? Isn't it their job to keep up? And it doesn't matter if it is biologically available or not. The issue on the MSDS is it's presence. And when they develop products like airbrush makeup or spray paints, shouldn't they be researching inhalation route hazards? If it is not a lie, it is gross negligence. Monona

Not necessarily a lie. The IARC listing TiO2 as a carcinogen as not come to the attention of more than just you. Sometimes repackagers and even manufacturers don't know (or believe that their application makes it biologically unavailable), and sometimes you will find outdated documents on the internet, even after the manufacturer has replaced them.
