That poster appeared in the background of a several photos shown in the course of different DCHAS ACS talks in Philadelphia this month and was also brought up in the post-session discussion period. In fact, we've sold these to set dressers for various TV shows and movies (The Green Lantern was the most recent one). They are always looking for stuff to hang up in the laboratory and EHS office scenes. Definitely a popular poster.
They are sold by Carolina Biological Supply Company as well as my own company, Safety Emporium [insert relevant disclaimers here]. Linda will sell them to you direct as well, of course, but her web site is not commerce-enabled.
Safety Emporium also offers an instant-download unlimited site license which allows you to print unlimited copies for one physical location. Linda and I set that up so folks could put a copy in every lab without breaking their budgets.

PS: Catch me at a meeting sometime, buy me a beer and I'll tell you great stories about what other production companies have sought from my company over the years. My favorite was the four sets of glassware one bought for an episode of ABC's Greeks. The script called for the college chemistry student character to smash his distillation apparatus to bits. Had to give them some safety warnings once I found out what they were doing with it!
