Location:     Greater Milwaukee area

This is an opportunity to lead the EHS programs at a large asset, batch chemical plant.  Supervising 2 and working closely with the site leadership team.  Provides EHS compliance program management, provides EHS guidance and works with manufacturing, engineering, etc. to achieve corporate and regulatory goals and support business profitability.

Responsibilities for this position include:  Maintain EHS program compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies and corporate standards, champion management systems, develop and lead continuous improvement efforts and provide support to the business.  Supervises other EHS professionals.

Requirements: BS in EHS or related field, (10) years of similar experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities.  Ideally candidates will have some EHS experience in a batch chemical plant and working with site managers.  Broad EHS knowledge that includes, multi-media environmental compliance including some experience with Title V and PSM, as well as, occupational health and safety program management.  Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
