I'm guessing if that the UCLA Lab case gets thrown out on a technicality based on Cal-OSHA investigator Brian Baudendistel's alleged criminal past as a teenager, then there will be a lot of businesses out there that will be taking a close look at their own Cal-OSHA citations to see if Brian had anything to do with their cases - and maybe try to get their civil penalties thrown out as well.
