I'm wondering if any universities out there have policies
regarding the transportation of chemicals/biologicals. I don' really
cover this item in my CHP in any detail other than stating they need to
use the shipping/receiving dept. to ship. The shipping/receiving dept.
has procedures for shipping, as well, but what I'm looking for isif any
institution has an institutional policy prohibiting staff and faculty from
transporting in their personal vehicles; and, is any distinction made between
hazardous materials (DOT) and non hazardous by DOT. Likewise,any
policies for visiting scientists and how they bring in their materials, if
