(Please forgive me if this is a repeat
question. . .)
I am sending a request to the group
for assistance in locating any U.S. regulations, design standards,
codes with regard to providing Ground Fault Circuit Interuptor (GFCI)
protection (in Laboratories) for electrical outlets located within the
vicinity of eyewashes, and/or sinks. Additionally, are laboratory
fume hoods (with water and drains supplied) provided with such protection
(in addition to emergency power shut-off switches).
I would appreciate hearing from this
group's experience.
Any history, background or references
would be much appreciated. Please reply directly to chinniat**At_Symbol_Here**lilly.com
Thanks.
Angelo
