I've had good luck with the Uvex Stealth with antifog or antifog/antiscratch coating (http://www.uvex.us/products.aspx#/product=738&folder=104 ), but NOT the Stealth OTG or the Stealth Reader. The latter two don't fog up but on hot-natured folks, the moisture forms a "sheet" that makes it like looking through a glass of water. I've also had good luck using Uvex's antifog wipes on other good indirectly but well-vented goggles. -----Original Message----- From: DCHAS-L Discussion List [mailto:DCHAS-L**At_Symbol_Here**LIST.UVM.EDU] On Behalf Of Klotz, Ann Sent: Friday, September 23, 2011 8:28 AM To: DCHAS-L**At_Symbol_Here**LIST.UVM.EDU Subject: Re: [DCHAS-L] Looking for REALLY Anti-fog Chemical Splash Goggles If you find one, I would like to know which one so I can get some too. We are currently using the "Revolution" goggle with Visiclear antifog coating (from Jackson Safety)...I haven't heard anyone else complain, but maybe this researcher has a really high body temperature normally, or just sweats a lot, who knows? If you can recommend a different goggle--and I'd be willing to pay $25-40 for a pair if they WOULD NOT FOG--I would be very interested. I am thinking that facilities handling Select Agents and/or manufacturing facilities handling acute toxins have people in these for a good couple of hours at a time. I don't need to know what your 'nasty' is--but I am very interested in hearing from anyone at commercial facilities as well as academic. Many thanks to all- Margaret
