George,  Since you are referring to OELs rather than PELs, TLVs, RELs, or MAKs, and since you are not in Canada (where they OHSA standards are OELs) my guess is you'd like all kinds of the standards for workplace air quality.

The only data base that is current and covers all those listed above is not free.  It is the Guide to Occupational Exposure Values complied by the ACGIH and can be found at www.acgih.org under publications.  It's about $70 for nonmembers, I think.

I get one every year.  Very useful.  However, remember, these are occupational standards designed to protect most healthy adult workers--people paid to take this risk.  The standards technically don't apply to students who may or may not be healthy and usually are not employees.  The ASHRAE 62 indoor air quality standard up to 2001 recommended 1/10 of the TLV for substance for which there are no other indoor standards.  But they now simply say there should be more study---lots of luck on that happening.
