We are going to be implementing the Chematix inspection module which can be used on any web-enabled device, including iPad. Advantage is that it integrates with the inventory module so you know what chemicals should be there. Haven’t started using it yet though so I can’t offer any useful comments. We’ve been very pleased with the helpfulness & accessibility of the developers so far.

[DCHAS-L] automated audit system?
We have been using the Q5 system (networked version) for many years on Palm PDAs. Our “customers” are impressed when they receive an audit report by e-mail just minutes after we leave their lab. Feel free to call me with questions.

automated audit system?
Our
department is looking to start automating our inspections/audits and
collect data in the field using ipads. I did a web demo for Q5 Systems
& thought it was interesting
(http://www.q5
systems.com/). Is anyone
using it? Do you like it or not?
Is anyone
else using a different automated system for inspections?
thanks,
