Thank you all for the leads. These will be helpful. We have 7000+ pure chemicals to add both R-S and H/P phrases.
Several people responded indicating they were unsure of what these designations are –
Under the (slowly disappearing) EU chemical classification requirements, Risk and Safety Phrases had to be used in conjunction with a chemical. Under GHS, similar, but not quite the same phrases and classifications must be added.
And, for the chemist R/S also refers to stereochemical configuration; but that is for an organic chemistry list, not this one!
