I don't take medicines unless I know what the active ingredient is and unless there has been chronic testing of that ingredient. So I would never recommend putting this stuff on a burn or damaged skin to possibly be absorb or affect deep tissues because the MSDS says it is "proprietary" and because the toxicity data on the MSDS is all acute except the Ames test.
