are attached at the point of generation, so once the determination is
made that the material is going to be disposed of, this becomes the
point of generation. The material is still characteristic (ignitability)
at the POG, so LDR=92s are then attached.
But we=92re
talking emission here, as this will not be disposed of on land. Waste
containers must be kept closed unless adding or removing waste, which
rules out leaving the top off to evaporate.
