"Reasonable accommodation" under the American s with Disabilities Act
applies ONLY to individuals with conditions that limit life
activities.  Even under ADA, accommodation may be refused if the
employee cannot work without endangering either himself or others.

"I'm not comfortable" does not qualify one for accommodation.

Is he such a hotshot that the lab cannot function without him?
