Hi Katherine, The ones from Sigma-Aldrich seem to be consistently the most reliable (at least for when I've really needed them). You can download pdf versions of MSDSs for their products from their website for free. You might need an account with them, but you should be able to create that for free. Here's their URL if you need it. http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/united-states.html Kristi Evenson-Ohr, Ph.D. Chemical Hygiene Officer Amherst College === From: Alan Hall Date: January 15, 2010 11:51:09 AM EST Subject: RE: [DCHAS-L] MSDS source? Katherine, Perhaps you haven't found a source you really trust because mainly there isn't one. You must naturally have available the manufacturer's/supplier's MSDSs, but if you have a real concern about any issues with the chemicals you are storing/using, you should consider doing a "due diligence" literature search yourself. "If you want it done right, do it yourself" is an old adage, but one that has a great deal of truth in it. Alan Alan H. One of the best we have found is ChemWatch, which is a subscription service, but which independent of any manufacturers provides good searching and review for development of their MSDS database. http://www.chemwatchna.com/Products/ChemWatchGoldStandardMSDSsandSummarySh eets/tabid/145/Default.aspx Lawrence M.
