The TSD facility may not be willing to take it until they have SOME idea what it is. A small SAMPLE could be sent to the TSD facility for testing. But at least please consider making proper arrangements to get rid of the rest of it in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. That way it can't effect anyone else.
