Your source of information concerning the Spill Training is correct (29CFR1 910.120), but not complete. 1 of the employees should also take a 40 hour c ourse. Also, Methylene Chloride spills should have been cleaned up while using sup plied air, either an SCBA, or a Supplied Air Respirator(Check the NIOSH Poc ket Guide, the ACGIH TLV Booklet and the Occupational Exposure Level Bookle t), not a full facepiece respirator. Then there is the spill cleanup dispos al, and the waste manifest, and medical screening (check 29CFR1910.1052), a nd the list goes on. Clean Harbors in Baltimore is an excellent provider of 24 hour/40 hour trai ning. The Delaware Technical College in Newark may also have some other sou rces. (I could provide it, but the cost might be a bit higher than you coul d get locally).
