Integris also makes similar venting drum bungs and tote caps.  For 
example, they are a must when shipping >10% hydrogen peroxide.  DOT 
requires these be installed for any material that can build up enough 
pressure within a container, under normal handling conditions, to cause 
the container to over-pressure and fail.
