I would suggest (as did an earlier posting) to contact the Chlorine Institute. Additionally, find out who is your Chlorine supplier and ask them as well.

 

Our supplier here is Univar. They are always willing to help Us.

I have written SOPs for chlorine tank response, but I usually sell that as a
service, not give it away.

I fear that no one will send you a SOP for this complicated activity because
of liability concerns. If I am wrong, good for you!
