Date: November 18, 2008 12:45:16 PM EST (CA) Good news! The final rule was signed this morning. Here is the link to EPA's webpage which currently has an UNsigned version of the final rule. It will be replaced by the signed version of the final rule when we have one (later today or tomorrow), and that will be replaced by the Federal Register notice in a couple of weeks. http://www.epa.gov/epawaste/hazard/generation/labwaste/index.htm Kristin ************************************************************** Kristin Fitzgerald US EPA - Office of Solid Waste mail code: 5304P phone: 703-308-8286 fax: 703-308-0522 email: fitzgerald.kristin**At_Symbol_Here**epa.gov work schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
