I know Jay for thirty years, He may be prone to strong statements, but he
has always been committed to well-supported risk assessment.

I agree that uncensored databases are very useful to professionals who will
make the effort to verify what they find there. I suppose that Jay has
experience with people who will look up a chemical on a database, pick the
scariest study reported there, and stop doing research. That kind of user
should stay away from uncensored databases.
