You may want to find a local CIH consultant who is also an instructor.
I used Doug Krause, a CIH consultant who was a former OSHA compliance officer
and was also a CIH instructor at one of Univ. of CA extension classes for
many years. He does our in-house respiratory training class and employee
monitoring. He also prepared our site-specific respiratory programs. The
benefit is that the price is very reasonable and provides a great service to
our family of companies in 5 western states.

Excuse the cross posting please.  Does anyone have a source for a training 
class that can be used to qualify someone as a Respirator Program 
Administrator? I know 3M has classes but the timing isn't very good now. 
We prefer the class to be in the Midwest.
