SEMI has several publications for the semiconductor industry.  They may
give you an education discount.  I purchased "S15-0200 Safety Guidelines
for the Evaluation of Toxic and Flammable gas Detection Systems."

Stanford Univ. has an excellent program.  It is based on the Santa Clara
County ordinance(#NS-517.44) and focused on toxic gases, but it might
help with your process.  I learned a lot from it.  Many semiconductor
operations use the Santa Clara County ordinance or parts there of.  If
you insure through FM Global, they too have useful documents.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Clean Rooms

Anyone with experience in "clean rooms" that can help me with more
information on connecting and using Silane gas in the clean rooms (they
are also called white rooms or semiconductor room or lab). We just built
three clean rooms in our new Engineering building and no one knows how
to use them or how to install the dangerous gases. I have the NFPA 318
which helps but I need more information on what NOT to do. I appreciate
any help.
