Subject: San Francisco Disaster Symposium (James Lee Witt and speaker
request)

From Ruth Hathaway -

Two items both regarding the Disaster Recovery Symposium

1. We had a speaker withdraw who was going to talk about the legal

implications/impact for companies/businesses that fail to plan for and

mitigate in disasters. Does anyone know someone that would be willing to

speak on this. It is on Thursday morning.

2. FYI to all of you. If you know anyone that would be interested in hearing

James Lee Witt, Former Director of FEMA, he will be talking Thurs afternoon

in SF. CHAS gets headcount money for this session. Attached is the ad.
