We had a speaker withdraw who was going to talk about the legal implications/impact for companies/businesses that fail to plan for and mitigate in disasters. Witt will appear during the capstone session of a four-day symposium on natural disaster recovery and prevention at the Moscone Center, Room 300. The week of scientific talks from Monday, September 11, through Thursday, September 14, will highlight the scientific impact and follow-up to last year's devastating hurricanes.
