My colleague in the Visual Art Department gave me the following list.  
Several of these texts have been mentioned before.
 
Following are a couple of resources that I know to be quite informative. 
 The "Artist Beware" is probably the most used as far as I know.  Also 
"Creating Art Safely" is a wonderful video that was put out by a guy 
from Yale and a guy from the Rhode Island School of Art and Design, 
which was funded by a grant from the United Educators.
