Dear DCHAS-L There is an upcoming issue of CH&S that has an article by Dr. Banazak-Holl at Univ. of Michigan that presents research that he's done describing some physical interactions of nanoparticles in biological membranes. It is not a comprehensive article on nanosafety. Peter Z has mentioned the NIOSH page. There is also a book that is available on the AIHA website/marketplace that addresses nanoparticle safety. I have not read that book, nor have I seen an review on it. It is an exciting time for safety professionals right now. Nanoparticle safety is an emerging field for safety professionals and we are on the leading edge of it.
