A conference for understanding and prioritizing compliance
with hazardous materials and hazardous waste laws

Join your colleagues, Santa Clara County experts, experienced 
inspectors, prestigious university leaders, legal experts, and industry 
pathfinders to experience the breadth of the compliance issues in your 
educational community.

We will be discussing how to set priorities in planning and budgeting, 
what the experienced inspectors in charge of hazardous material and fire 
codes focus upon during your inspection, what are the components of a 
focused EH&S program, what contribution industry is making within the 
County, how attention to compliance protects your campus from legal 
ramifications, and what support or outsourcing is available.  The final 
agenda is attached.

The event will also include:

*	A breakfast snack and lunch 
*	A tour of the energy efficient facilities having LEED certification, 
photovoltaic arrays, and cogeneration units will follow the speakers

There is no charge for the program, however, in order to plan for 
seating and refreshments, please register by August 19.
