Subject: ACS green chemistry summer school applications
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Deadline approaches for ACS green chemistry summer school applications
February 28 is the deadline to apply for the
American Chemical Society's Summer School on
Green Chemistry for graduate and post-doctoral
students. Space is limited and organizers urge
students to send their applications now. The
program, which will be held at McGill University
in MontrČal, July 6-14, will be conducted in
English.
The program will feature presentations by leading
researchers and educators in green chemistry, lab
experiments and collaborative problem-solving
projects. The program is open to graduate and
post-doctoral students studying in the Americas
who are interested in developing working
relationships through the summer school that
might lead to future collaborations on research,
conferences and workshops.
There are no program fees for the school, which
is sponsored by ACS, the ExxonMobil Foundation,
the Chemical Institute of Canada and McGill
University. Transportation, housing and meals are
included.

Acceptance notices will be delivered on or before
April 4.
