LSI is looking for volunteers. We are looking for folks who would like to
help with all aspects of achieving LSI's mission. Some may want to help at our
office in Natick, MA. Others may wish to help promote safety in science
education in their own hometown. ... Jim

    Here are ten ideas ...

     1. Help run the AV and Reference Lending Libraries
       2. Write a grant proposal.
       3. Contact the public affairs department at a local company to seek
support for
local distribution of "Safety Is Elementary."
     4. Give out ten copies of LSI's Training Program Announcement.
     5. Help recruit new members.
     6. Host an LSI training program.
     7. Assist with the logistics for a course already scheduled for your
area.
     8. Edit the next volume of "Learning By Accident."
       9. Invite area superintendents of schools and principals to a free
LSI seminar
                on Leadership In Safety.
     10. Write an article for "Speaking of Safety."
