Hi Everybody:

When Don Wiebe sent the original message last Friday I started checking the
OSHA regulations for some answers, but was bugged down with other things in
the way. In the meantime I've seen all my questiones addresssed.
I am impressed with the response and the decision making input for the
problem. This is an EHS  forum at its best.
